There are often many weekends were I feel like taking a drive in my hired vehicle from avis and visiting somewhere where I have never been before. A friend recommended that I visit the Welwitschia Country Market in Haartebeesport, just North of Pretoria for a country shopping experience. Although I had no money to spend as I am still a student paying off a student loan, I was more than willing to window shop. This country market had a wide variety of goods, such as home made food, james, pasteries, clothing, herbs, ointments, scented candles and much more. It was a wonderful day out, I enjoy being outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine.
