The other day I tried a dish I have had many times before, but this time was different. This lomo saltado tasted far better than I can ever imagine, even coming from a good cook. My wife was so kind to cook this meal for me on such short notice, as I came home late from a business trip. She added some amazing ingredients that she refused to tell me what they were, but that lomo saltado was the best meal I have had in three or four months. Traveling makes it hard to enjoy good food, so it makes a fine meal like this even more special.
