Lance has some property that he is going to put up for sale. Lance has been talking with a real estate agent and he is trying to decide if he should go with the real estate agent or try to sell the property himself. He knows that he should make a decent property on the Silver Coast Property. He has had the property for the last six years and was going to build a home on it but he will be moving in December. He has decided to list the property himself and see how well that goes. If it does not work out he can always list the home through the real estate agency.
