I’ve got three college students in my household and these are kids who lose cell phones and purses and textbooks on a fairly regular basis. So, I’m of the opinion that desktop PCs are the way to go for their dorm rooms but I’m getting an awful lot of resistance. They of course all want laptop notebook computers. I really wouldn’t care so much, even though they do seem to cost more. But, my concern is that I’ll be replacing the laptops on a fairly regular basis because they’ll leave them in various places. I’m pretty sure that once their desktop PCs are plugged in, they aren’t going anywhere.
