I am looking for reliable culinary school information. It has been a dream of mine to become a renowned chef and to do that well you need the training. It is one thing to know how to cook, but if you are trained then you are actually a chef. I am really excited about starting school, but if I am going to spend the time, I would like it to be with a school that has a name that will carry its own weight. For the time being, while I research the different schools, I will refine the skills that I already have, so I will be ready.
