For years now I have heard about scabies, but never knew what that meant. Unfortunately, I am too familiar with that condition now as my daughter came home for camp with a severe case of it. Having learned that this comes from being bitten by bed mites, I am now in the process of bringing in an exterminator to ensure our house does not become infested. The last thing I need is for all six of my kids to have scabies. They keep me on my toes as it is. Our pediatrician has been very helpful in all of this and I am grateful for that.
