I heart The Blog

I suppose that plastic cutting boards are easier to wash, but they lack the beauty of a wood cutting board.  I have a beautiful board that my husband gave me years ago that sits behind the range on display when is not in use.  I do use it all of the time and it is just as beautiful today as when he gave it to me even with some cut marks on it.  The marks on it are what shows that it was used lovingly as it was intended.  I think everybody should have an a beautiful board to use when they serve guests in their home.
