My bread maker stopped functioning this weekend and I still sense the loss. I trust I can get a good replacement among the best bread makers there are out there. The good thing about bread makers is that they’re much cheaper now. Particularly, I require a bread maker that can handle whole-wheat dough, which can be difficult to knead. So, I’m hoping to find a new one that can knead whole-wheat dough to produce bread of the finest grain. A machine with a huge loaf pan would let me to bake larger loaves too. I also like bread with a crispy yet chewy crust and would pay more for a machine that can create it.
