I have been on diets before and while some of them have worked while I was on them, the problem was trying to stay on them. I have noticed that the best way for me to lose weight, and probably the best way for anyone, is to watch the portion control. I have a problem that when I see good food I just want to keep eating it and I love to eat until I am full instead of just satisfied. So with the appetite suppressant strips I find that I can finally feel full right away even though I am not stuffing myself anymore.
