I am currently at my parent’s house watching tv right now. It is the day after Thanksgiving and I feel like relaxing. I refuse to go out to the stores like a lot of people are doing. But sitting here is not going to help either. I ate so much stuffing for Thanksgiving that I fill bloated right now. I definitely need to diet this coming up week I know I piled on a lot of pounds yesterday evening. My friend advised that I take these vegetarian weight loss diet plans in order to get those few extra pounds off.
