Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  It sets the pace for your day.  I used to start every day with one egg mixed with egg whites, and some vegetables.  I found out that the most vital part of the egg for humans to ingest is the yolk.  The controversy on egg whites vs whole eggs is over for me.  I have returned to getting my eggs at the farm again.  No more crappy eggs which are mass produced from chickens that spend their whole lives trapped in a cage no bigger than their bodies, and being fed nothing much.
