I heart The Blog

I know that people who have all their kids the normal way tend to think that adopting is the easy route. They really couldn’t be more misinformed. It can take just as long and be so heartbreaking. I worked with a great agency that networked with hundreds of agencies with their Cheap Lists database. Even then, we had several false starts and a child that fell through at the last minute. When we finally traveled to pick up our daughter in Korea, I can’t even begin to describe how emotional it all was. We’ve now had her for almost a year and I still can’t believe it’s true.
