I have a friend that has always wanted to open her own store.  She has looked into many different kinds of stores, but never found the right one.  Recently she came across a gourmet popcorn franchise and looked into it.  She ended up opening her own store in our local mall.  She said the people trained her in how to manage and operate it and how to hire people.  So far she has been doing well and recognizes several people that come back each week to try out different flavors.  I am really happy that this is working for her, as it is something she always dreamed about.
